Our aim is to provide a high quality, comfortable and well equipped cottage from which you can enjoy your holiday in the Dales. Inglenook Cottage has now welcomed its first season of guests and we are pleased to be able to share with you comments from our visitors book.

Visitors from Wirral ... A beautiful extremely comfortable cottage. Wonderful location - great walks from the door. We loved the views from the top of Morpeth Scar.

Repeat visitors from Lancashire ... Enjoyable days at Inglenook, a really beautiful cottage in excelllent countryside. The garden has a wonderful show of daffodils. Walked around Leyburn, Hawes and visited Gayle Mill, the heritage lottery funded programme on TV. Very interesting. Hope to be back in May.
Visitors from Unsworth, Leigh, Lancs ... A1 cottage in an ideal setting. Cottage facilities/comforts make it very special and we would love to revisit. Been to Dales before but not seen it in snow before - cold but very scenic.

Visitors from Stourbridge, West Midlands ... Having experienced several cottage breaks over the last few years, we can honestly say that Inglenook is up there with the very best. We have had a superb time, this being our first visit to the Yorkshire Dales and the cottage have been fundamental to this enjoyment. The village pub, walks and towns are 'classic', and we have not met a local who has not made us feel welcome and ensured our comfort and enjoyment to the highest level. What an experience. Visitors from Swindon ... The brochure doesn't do the cottage justice! Superbly renovated to a luxurious standard. Thank you for so may thoughtful touches which made it a real home from home. The snow add to the beautiful scenery. We shall take fabulous memories home with us. Can't wait to come back!
Visitors from Berkhamsted ... Fantastic half-term weather and a fantastic cottage in which to spend it. We love the decor, fire, comfy chairs and WONDERFUL comfy beds - 7 nights of the best sleep ever - & girls of 9 and 10 years actually wanting to go to bed early - wow! Lovely walks from the house to Aysgarth Falls, walk up the valley & right to the top where we had a picnic with the grouse! Lovely meal in the pub. Thank you very much.
