(c) Longer Stays (10, 11, 14, 14+ days) are available all year round

  • 10 nights from Friday 3pm until Monday 10am
  • 11 nights from Monday 3pm until Friday 10am
  • 14 nights from Friday 3pm to Friday 10am or from Monday 4pm until Monday 10am

(d) Christmas and New Year

  • Reservations for Christmas week and New Year week are for 7 days. Arrival/Departure day may change from the usual Monday or Friday depending on the day of the week that Christmas Day and New Year's Day falls.

2. Check Availability

Check the Availability & Price of your holiday for this year, next year ... or even the year thereafter :

3. Have a query or want to make a provisional reservation?

Do contact us if you any queries, any special requirements, or want to provisionally reserve the dates of your choice (without obligation). Please contact us either by e-mail or telephone. We are happy to answer any queries and confirm availability and price to you. If the dates are available, they will be held for a maximum of 7 days pending receipt of a deposit or full payment. We endeavour to maintain the availability up to date on the website. Alternatively, you can just go ahead and book online anytime 24 hours a day.

6. What method of payments are possible?

Guests can pay by any of the following methods :

  • Personal cheque in £ sterling only
  • Travellers cheques in other currencies
  • Bank transfer (either BACS within th e UK or international bank transfer from other countries) to the following bank account. Please ensure that you pay any bank charges as Cottage in the Dales is not liable for them.
    • We will provide you the bank account details directly to you on an individual basis
  • Credit card - we accept Visa/Mastercard but not American Express or Diners. Guests can pay online or via telephone. Note that no UK company is allowed to pass on any credit card charges. Some companies have introduced a service charge or booking fee to cover these ongoing costs, but Cottage in the Dales is absorbing these costs. Hence there is no cost whatsoever for paying by credit card. But we would appreciate you paying by cheque/bank transfer to help us limit our costs, as we do not wish to raise our charges for the cottages overall. Thank you for your consideration.
  • Sorry we no longer accept PayPal.

7. How much do I need to pay and when?

  • If your booking is more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, please send a £200 deposit for each full week, or part week.
  • If your booking is less than 8 weeks before your arrival date, please send the full amount.
  • If you are sending a deposit you may wish to also send a post-dated cheque for the remaining balance.
  • The full balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date, unless you are taking advantage of a last minute break or special offer.
